Maintenance & Repair
AGSE Global Services will thoroughly inspect your stand with the manufacturer's manuals and drawings to ensure it's OEM-compliant and safe to use, including checking for stand revisions. We can conduct non-destructive testing to prove the stand's integrity before recertifying.
We undertake maintenance on all stands in step with OEM requirements and visit your site to carry out work or arrange its transport to our workshop if required.
As part of our first-time fix goal, AGSE Global Services holds substantial OEM stock onsite to quickly replace any worn, damaged, or missing components and perform structural repairs per the OEM's work scope. We'll also test and certify the stand before dispatch.
AGSE Global Services works closely with OEMs to check your stand against the latest manual revisions and any relevant service bulletins issued since its previous shop visit. We'll implement any work or mandatory upgrades that ensure your stand remains safe and compliant.
If your stand has been involved in an incident or sustained structural damage, AGSE Global Services will thoroughly test and recertify it post-repair. From non-destructive weldment testing to engine mount load testing, we'll verify all procedures follow OEM specifications for your peace of mind.
With our overhaul services, you can get an 'as new' stand for a fraction of the price. From the component level to the complete asset overhaul, our engineers will thoroughly inspect, strip, prepare, and recoat with Skydrol-resistant paint and re-build back to an OEM standard, including all markings and stickers.
Our OEM-trained engineers can perform modifications to make your stand compatible with a different engine type. This process may include work to allow a stand to transition from storage to shipping capability.

With our mobile service kits and spare parts inventory, we can perform any hydraulic cart maintenance or repairs onsite or at one of our workshops by replacing seals, filters, and hoses and testing for flow rates, pressure, temperature, and fluid quality.
We can test your mobile or fixed ground power inverters to ensure they are safe for your aircraft, including electrical load testing, generator servicing, continuity checks, and necessary repairs.
We are one of the few OEM-approved service centers worldwide for coolant service cart maintenance and testing. Our expert engineering team is qualified and equipped to conduct annual checks and repairs to save you time and money while keeping your carts compliant.
We'll check your potable water to ensure it's safe and drinkable, without risk of legionnaires disease or other harmful viruses or bacteria. Our onsite water treatment includes cleaning, disinfecting, and sending samples for lab analysis. In addition, we test oil samples to ensure they are safe to use.
We'll refurbish your GSE and tooling to an 'as new' standard with a full warranty, extending their life at a fraction of its replacement cost. It includes a complete survey, identifying parts needing replacement, stripping and repainting, re-assembly, and recertification.
Whether onsite or at our workshop, AGSE Global Services thoroughly repairs, designs, and modifies hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including function checks, pressure tests, and diagnostics. In addition, we manufacture pipes and hoses, manage filter and fluid changes on Skydrol and mineral oils, and conduct fluid sampling to verify no contamination.
AGSE Global Services provides ISO standard calibration services through our long-term strategic partners while overseeing the collection and delivery of your tools and equipment before their expiry. We'll also complete any remedial work resulting from a calibration failure before we return the asset to you.
We offer functional and NDT testing to assess your tooling's structural integrity. Our state-of-the-art workshops conduct lifting equipment testing and certification and quickly upload these results and authorizations to the HUB.

We perform hydrostatic testing on your gas cylinders for integrity tests and unseen corrosion checks while ensuring they remain structurally safe and recertified. It is a part of the ongoing N2/O2 trolley maintenance.
Our independent, aerospace-centric, and LEEA-qualified statutory inspection team thoroughly conducts LOLER and PUWER inspections to maintain compliance and safety. We'll schedule your inspections before expiry dates to ensure your equipment remains available when needed.
We'll efficiently check, strip, service, and recertify your oxygen and nitrogen panels, thoroughly examine your gas cylinders, and complete hydrostatic testing as required.
