AGSE Global Services Acquires Frank Brown Aviation Brand & IP
Dunstable, United Kingdom—October 23, 2024.
AGSE Global Services, launched through Advanced Ground Systems Engineering's 2023 acquisition of GSE Tool Support, has acquired Frank Brown Aviation Ltd.'s brand name and intellectual property rights. It will provide maintenance, repair, and asset management support for Frank Brown's legacy ground support equipment and tooling through its burgeoning workshop network.

Frank Brown is a popular name in the commercial aviation aftermarket industry, designing and manufacturing quality engine stands and aircraft towbars, supplying an extensive range of engine tooling, and manufacturing lifting equipment for various airframe and engine components. The company closed in 2024, following nearly 60 successful years with over two thousand customers served.
AGSE Global Services' comprehensive support portfolio covers an extensive range of ground support equipment and tooling, including engine stands, engine and airframe tooling, HPUs, GPUs, service carts, jacks, lifters, and hoists. With two existing locations near Frank Brown's former Dunstable, United Kingdom headquarters, the company will soon open new shops in Prestwick, Scotland; Paris, France; Dubai, UAE; and Dallas, Texas, USA, with more locations to follow by 2026.
